Apple Pie Shake (serves 1) Ingredients:
- 2 scoops (26 g) Herbalife Formula 1 Vanilla
- 1 cup (165g) Frozen/Fresh Apple Slices
- 1 glass (250ml) Low-Fat Skim Milk
- Dash of Nutmeg
- Dash of Cinnamon
- Dash of Cloves
- Dash of Vanilla
- Ice Cubes
Place all ingredients in blender and blend.
