Apple Pie Shake Recipe

 Apple Pie Shake (serves 1) Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops (26 g) Herbalife Formula 1 Vanilla
  • 1 cup (165g) Frozen/Fresh Apple Slices
  • 1 glass (250ml) Low-Fat Skim Milk
  • Dash of Nutmeg
  • Dash of Cinnamon
  • Dash of Cloves
  • Dash of Vanilla
  • Ice Cubes

Place all ingredients in blender and blend.  

Nutritional Estimates with low-fat milk:

  • Kilojoules: 982 kJ
  • Protein: 19 g
  • Carbohydrate: 35 g
  • Fat: 4 g
  • Fibre: 6.7 g
